REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

• For the international participants, there can be an online presentation option, although the preference is on-site presentation.
• For all delegates, payment for registration fee can be made in USD, EURO or TL currencies.
• To pay in Turkish Lira, the bank rates on the day of payment are valid. https://www.garantibbva.com.tr/en/foreign-exchange-rates
• All banking charges must be borne by the participants. The amount of bank charges will not be inclusive in the official receipt of the conference.
• The registration fee cannot be refunded for any reasons caused by the delegates.
• All travelling expenses will be borne by presenters and participants.
• An official invoice can be requested by emailing to icesconference2026@gmail.com. Please state your Paper ID number in the email.

Registration payment will be at the desk. Registration includes:

• Book of abstracts (a link will be provided to download)

Cancellation or changes

There will be no refunds in any cancellation or changes in your registration.
